To re-image the website we needed to start by identify the heatmapping and analytics of order history. Identifing segments that attracted user interaction.

We started by examming the data, observing summarities between a users and their business needs. Not all UX research was avalible on this project. We did have journey maps, service blueprint, user data, and pain points to assist us.
The images below represent a small insight on the improved workflow.

Understanding the connection between the users and application assisted me in devloping a new brand identification. Since this a digital storefront with satalite printing house accross the country I created a swoosh representing a start and finish point. incorporating a four color process pallet to re-inforce the printing deliverables.
